Jakarta (B2B) - Pemprov DKI Jakarta juga terus berupaya menambah rasio jalan di ibu kota. Sebab, rasio jalan yang ada saat ini masih belum memadai atau hanya 7,159 persen dari luas ibu kota. Padahal, idealnya rasio jalan di kota Jakarta mencapai 12 persen dari total luas wilayah.

Kepala Bidang Jalan, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) DKI Jakarta, Juaini Yusuf mengatakan, meski belum memadai, rasio jalan di ibu kota terus meningkat. Jika pada tahun 2012 hanya sebesar 6,2%, kini bertambah menjadi 7,159%. Penambahan yang paling menonjol berasal dari pembangunan ruas jalan layang non tol (JLNT) Antasari - Blok M dan Kampung Melayu - Tanah Abang.

"Sudah ada kenaikan, tapi jumlahnya memang belum signifikan. Saat ini rasio jalan di Jakarta mencapai 7,159 persen dari luas wilayah yang ada," kata Juaini, belum lama ini.

Dikatakan Juaini, luas daratan Jakarta saat ini sekitar 661 kilometer persegi. Sedangkan total luas jalan di ibu kota mencapai 42.420.701 meter persegi dengan panjang 6.864.916 kilometer.

Diakui Juaini, penambahan rasio jalan di ibu kota sulit tercapai karena tingginya pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna kendaraan pribadi. Tercatat, penambahan volume mobil rata-rata sebanyak 300 unit per hari dan volume sepeda motor bertambah 1.000 unit setiap hari. Sulitnya pembebasan lahan juga menjadi kendala tersendiri dala upaya menambah rasio jalan di ibu kota.

Untuk itu, kata Juaini, pihaknya terus berupaya menambah jaringan jalan. Salah satunya dengan membangun enam ruas jalan tol baru dalam waktu dekat.

Proyek pembangunan 6 ruas tol dalam kota akan dibagi menjadi 4 tahap dan direncanakan selesai pada 2022. Tahap pertama, ruas Semanan-Sunter sepanjang 20,23 kilometer dengan nilai investasi Rp 9,76 triliun dan koridor Sunter-Pulo Gebang sepanjang 9,44 kilometer senilai Rp 7,37 triliun.

Tahap kedua, Duri Pulo-Kampung Melayu sepanjang 12,65 kilometer dengan nilai investasi Rp 5,96 triliun dan Kemayoran-Kampung Melayu sepanjang 9,60 kilometer senilai Rp 6,95 triliun.

Tahap ketiga, koridor Ulujami-Tanah Abang dengan panjang 8,70 kilometer dengan nilai investasi Rp 4,25 triliun.

Terakhir, Pasar Minggu-Casablanca sepanjang 9,15 kilometer dengan investasi Rp 5,71 triliun. Total panjang ruas enam tol dalam kota yakni 69,77 kilometer.

Anggota Fraksi Partai Gerindra DPRD DKI Jakarta, M Sanusi mengatakan, penambahan jalan di Jakarta juga harus memperhatikan masalah teknis dan non teknis. Terlebih pembebasan lahan di Jakarta saat ini terbilang sulit. Sehingga dirinya menyarankan, agar penambahan jalan di ibu kota hendaknya berupa jalan layang atau elevated.

"Jalan layang menurut saya akan lebih memungkinkan. Karena kita tahu kendalanya adalah pembebasan lahan," tandas Sanusi, seperti dilansir beritajakarta.com.

According to Yusuf, increase in road ratio in Jakarta is hard to achieve because of the high growth of private vehicles usage. It is recorded that approximately 300 new cars and 1,000 new motorcycles roam on the streets every day. Moreover, tough land acquisition process also becomes one of the reasons why increasing road ratio in Jakarta is difficult.

One of the ways to resolve the problem is by building roads, including the construction of six new toll roads which will be done soon and targeted to finish 2022. The project of the six new toll roads construction stretches for as long as 69.77 kilometers, and is divided into four phases.

The first phase is Semanan-Sunter corridor as long as 20.23 kilometers with investment value Rp 9.76 trillion, and Sunter-Pulo Gebang corridor as long as 9.44 kilometers worth Rp 7.37 trillion.

The second phase is Duri Pulo-Kampung Melayu corridor as long as 12.65 kilometers worth Rp 5.96 trillion, and Kemayoran-Kampung Melayu corridor as long as 9.60 kilometers worth Rp 6.95 trillion.

The third phase is Ulujami-Tanah Abang corridor as long as 8.70 kilometers worth Rp 4.25 trillion.

The last phase is Pasar Minggu-Casablanca corridor as long as 9.15 kilometers with investment value Rp 5.71 trillion.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Parliament (DPRD) member M Sanusi commented that road ratio increase must also pay attention to both technical and non-technical problems, especially since land acquisition in Jakarta is not easy. Thus, he suggests to increase road ratio by building flyovers or elevated roads.

“I think flyovers are more possible, because we know the obstacles in land acquisition,” he uttered.
