Jakarta (B2B) - Jalan tol Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (Cipularang) bakal mencatatkan diri sebagai jalan tol yang memiliki rest area terbesar dan terlengkap di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Km 72A, dengan nilai investasi awal Rp750 miliar.
General Manager PT Central Anugrah Prospectindo, Happy Tri Wibowo mengatakan investasi tahap pertama diperkirakan sekitar Rp750 miliar untuk membangun kawasan rest area terintegrasi dilengkapi kondominium hotel, fasilitas konferensi dan eksibisi serta wellness center dan area bermain keluarga.
"Investasi tahap pertama sekitar Rp750 miliar ditandai acara groundbreaking pada 11 Desember 2014, dengan target menjadikan rest area Km 72 di tol Cipularang sebagai destinasi wisata di jalan tol," kata Happy kepada pers di Jakarta, belum lama ini.
Proyek tahap pertama, kata Happy, akan meluncurkan rumah toko (ruko) Green Hills sebanyak 32 unit dengan konsep bangunan kolonial Bandung tempo doeloe. Harga jualnya sekitar Rp2,2 miliar hingga Rp3 miliar per unit.
"Sementara kondominium hotel masih dalam tahap desain dan belum ditentukan berapa unit yang akan dibangun," kata Happy.

"The first phase investment of about Rp750 billion marked the groundbreaking ceremony on December 11, 2014, with the target of making the rest area Km 72 in Cipularang toll road as a tourist destination on the highway," Tri Wibowo told reporters recently.
The first phase of the project, he said, will launch a home store, known as ruko, was called Green Hills 32 units with the concept of colonial buildings Bandung old days. The selling price of about 2.2 billion to 3 billion rupiah per unit.
"While the condo hotel is still in the design stage and has not determined how many units will be built," Tri Wibowo said.
