Jakarta (B2B) - Pejabat negara sebaiknya mundur dari jabatan di partai politik, sehingga dapat fokus menangani tugas-tugas kenegaraan. Hal itu sesuai konsep demokrasi yang memisahkan kekuasaan melalui Trias Politika, agar urusan negara tidak tumpang tindih dengan partai politik.
Penegasan tersebut dikemukakan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Busyro Muqoddas dalam pemaparannya di hadapan peserta Pelatihan Bersama Peningkatan Kapasitas Penegak Hukum dalam Penanganan Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Hotel Grand Angkasa, Medan, Sumatera Utara, Jumat (8/2).
Mantan Ketua Komisi Yudisial (KY) ini menambahkan, jabatan Ketua Dewan Pembina Partai Demokrat yang masih dipegang Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) membuat Presiden SBY harus direpotkan dengan urusan internal partai, meskipun sedang melakukan tugas kenegaraan di luar negeri.
"Kasihan Pak SBY. Saat kunjungannya ke luar negeri dan umrah, beliau masih mengurusi partainya, masih teleconference, hanya karena hasil survei yang menyatakan suara partainya turun," kata Busyro di hadapan para jaksa, polisi, pegawai BPK dan BPKP yang menjadi peserta pelatihan.
Menurut Busyro, kondisi itu terjadi karena pejabat di negara ini masih merangkap jabatan parpol. Karena itu, menurut dia, mereka sebaiknya melepaskan statusnya di parpol.
Ketika ditanya wartawan tentang penilaian rangkap jabatan SBY sebagai Presiden RI dan posisinya di Partai Demokrat, menurut Busyro hal itu sebagai pendapat pribadi.
"Ini penilaian saya pribadi. Karena teorinya trias politika tadi ... Jangan sampai urusan negara bercampur dgn urusan parpol. Harusnya pejabat publik itu betul-betul total meninggalkan parpolnya.
