Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah RI berencana menurunkan harga solar Rp400 per liter dari harga Rp6.400 per liter yang berlaku saat ini.
Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), Sudirman Said mengatakan bahwa pihaknya tak menutup kemungkinan harga solar turun sebesar Rp400 per liter.
"Minyak solar sudah kami cek harga per hari ini. Sebetulnya, harga Rp6.000 pun masuk," kata Sudirman dalam rapat kerja dengan Komisi VII di DPR, Jakarta, Selasa 3 Februari 2015.
Namun, lanjut dia, pihaknya belum bisa memastikan apakah harga solar benar-benar turun ke level itu. Mantan dirut PT Pindad (Persero) itu menyebut, ada yang opsi yang bisa dipilih pemerintah, yakni punya ambang batas harga terendah yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap cadangan BBM kalau harga minyak dunia turun, atau menetapkan harga solar ini sebagai harga terendah.

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Sudirman Said stated that the price of diesel oil may be lowered due to a decline in the stock cost of IDR300 per liter.
"So the price of diesel oil may decline," Mr Said said at a working meeting with Commission VII of the House of Representatives (DPR) here on Tuesday.
The drop in the price of diesel oil is also a recommendation from the House Commission VII.
At the meeting the Greater Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party faction wanted the government to set when exactly the price will be lowered and how much the price will be lowered.
Meanwhile, other factions in the DPR left the matter to the government to decide.
