Jakarta (B2B) - Pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Pemprov DKI Jakarta kini harus bersiap-siap menerima sanksi tegas, khususnya bagi yang suka terlambat masuk kantor. Sebab, Pemprov DKI telah menyiapkan sanksi tegas bagi pegawai yang melakukan tindakan indisipliner.
Kepala Inspektorat DKI Jakarta, Lasro Marbun, mengatakan, akan ada sanksi individu dan sanksi kolektif yang akan diberikan kepada PNS. Untuk sanksi individu akan dilihat dari absensi masing-masing pegawai. Jika terlambat masuk, maka akan didenda sampai Rp 500 ribu.
"Ini sebagai bentuk pengawasan kita. Pertama, akan ada sanksi individu kalau tidak berkinerja baik. Kalau absen telat akan dipotong cukup besar, sampai Rp 500 ribu," kata Lasro Marbun di Balaikota DKI Jakarta, belum lama ini.
Kemudian untuk sanksi kolektif berupa pemotongan gaji hingga 10 persen selama dua bulan berturut-turut kepada semua PNS di satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD). Sanksi itu akan diberikan jika ada salah satu oknum di SKPD yang terbukti melakukan praktik pungutan liar, korupsi, serta mangkir dari pekerjaan.
"Kalau untuk sanksi kolektif misalnya salah satu orang ada yang pungli di dalam SKPD atau UKPD semua dihukum, gajinya dipotong 10 persen. Kalau untuk saya sudah gede banget tuh. Karena kan Rp 80 juta, dipotong 10 persen, jadi Rp 8 juta," tegasnya.
Dia menyebutkan, saat ini tengah melakukan revisi Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) yang mengatur sanksi terhadap PNS tersebut. Ditargetkan Pergub rampung direvisi pada Februari mendatang. Sehingga sanksi bisa langsung diterapkan.
"Pergubnya sedang direvisi, mudah-mudahan Februari selesai," ujarnya.

Then as the collective sanction, their salary will cut up to 10 percent for two months in a row for all PNS in one provincial working unit. The sanction will be given if one people in provincial working unit is proven to do corruption, extortion, and skipping work.
"And for collective sanction, will be given to all person in the unit if one of the people does extortion. I think the amount is very big. 10 percent from IDR 80 million could reach IDR 8 million," he said.
He mentioned, his side is revising the governor regulation that manage the sanction for PNS. The regulation is expected to complete on upcoming February so the regulation can immediately be applied.
"The regulation is under revision now, we hope it will complete in February," he added.
