Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah menetapkan harga BBM jenis premium di luar Jawa dan Bali turun Rp350 dari Rp7.300 per liter, harga solar subsidi turun Rp750 menjadi Rp5.650 dari Rp6.700 per liter mulai hari ini (5/1) tapi harga minyak tanah tetap Rp2.500 per liter, sementara harga premium di Jawa-Madura-Bali ditetapkan turun menjadi Rp7.050 per liter.
Dirjen Migas Kementerian ESDM IGN Wiratmaja melalui pernyataan tertulisnya menyatakan penurunan BBM tersebut dengan pertimbangan harga tiga bulan terakhir untuk Gasoline 92 rata-rata US$57,38 per barel dan Gasoil US$54,80 per barel.
Menurutnya, pertimbangan lain adalah nilai kurs, biaya penyimpanan, biaya distribusi BBM, pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN), pajak bahan bakar kendaraan bermotor (PBBKB), dan marjin stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU).
Harga premium dan solar subsidi ini lebih rendah dari pengumuman pemerintah sebelumnya yakni Rp7.150 dan Rp5.950 per liter. Hal itu terjadi karena pemerintah menunda pemberlakuan pungutan dana ketahanan energi (DKE) yang sebelumnya direncanakan Rp200 per liter untuk premium dan Rp300 per liter untuk solar dan berlaku bersamaan dengan penurunan harga BBM per 5 Januari 2016.

Director General of Oil and Gas of Indonesian Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, IGN Wiratmaja through a written statement stating the policy after considering price of Gasoline 92 in the last three months on average $ 57.38 per barrel, and gasoil $ 54.80 per barrel.
According to him, another consideration is the exchange rate, storage costs, distribution costs, value added tax, motor vehicle fuel tax, and the margin of public refueling stations.
The price of subsidized gasoline and diesel is lower of the previous government's announcement that 7,150 rupiahs and 5,950 rupiahs per liter. It happened because the government is delay enactment of collection of funds to energy security, previously planned 200 rupiahs per liter for petrol and 300 rupiahs per liter for diesel and applies per January 5, 2016.
