Jakarta (B2B) - Wakil Gubernur DKI Djarot Saiful Hidayat mengatakan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta memastikan persiapan pelaksanaan Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) Asia Afrika ke-60 pada 19-23 April 2015 telah mencapai 90 persen.
"Sampai saat ini, persiapan untuk pelaksanaan KAA di Jakarta sudah 90 persen. Jadi, kita sudah siap," kata Djarot di Balai Kota, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis.
Menurut dia, persiapan yang sudah mencapai 90% tersebut meliputi segi keamanan, kenyamanan, dan akomodasi.
Sementara itu, dia mengaku optimistis beberapa hal yang masih belum dipersiapkan secara maksimal akan dapat dipenuhi tepat sebelum dimulainya KAA pada 19 April 2015.
"Karena kami terus melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh dinas serta jajaran yang ada di Pemprov DKI. Sehingga, persiapan kita pasti bisa mencapai 100 persen. Artinya, kita betul-betul siap," ujar Djarot.
Jakarta (B2B) - Jakarta Deputy Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat stated that the preparations for the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Asia-Africa Conference (AAC) to be held in Jakarta and Bandung (West Java) on April 19-24, 2015, are 90 percent complete.
"We have completed 90 percent of the preparations in Jakarta. So, we are now ready for hosting the event," stated at the City Hall here on Thursday.
He noted that the preparations, regarding security, convenient facilities, accommodation, and hospitality to welcome hundreds of state guests and AAC delegates, were 90 percent complete.
"We have coordinated with all services and other ranks and files of the regional government of Jakarta. We are convinced that our preparations will reach 100 percent completion and will be ready to host the event," he remarked.
Indonesia has invited 109 Asian and African countries to attend the AAC. In total, 57 delegations from Asian and African nations have confirmed their attendance at the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the AAC.
