Jakarta (B2B) - Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) AAGN Puspayoga mengharapkan dukungan kantor dinas yang membidangi koperasi dan UMKM di daerah, untuk mendukung Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir (LPDB-KUMKM) dengan saling membagi peran dan tanggung jawab dalam mencapai sasaran penyaluran dana bergulir.
"Misalnya dinas menseleksi koperasi yang akan memperoleh pinjaman atau pembiayaan, sedangkan LPDB-KUMKM memutus kredit dan menyediakan dana bergulir, serta memantau pengembalian dananya. Apapun alasannya, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM yang akan lebih tahu kondisi koperasi di masing-masing wilayahnya," kata Menteri Puspayoga dalam sambutannya memperingati HUT kesembilan LPDB-KUMKM, yang dibacakan oleh Sekretaris Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, Agus Muharam di Jakarta pada Selasa (25/8).
Menteri Koperasi dan UKM menambahkan, referensi dari kantor dinas patut menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemutusan pemberian pinjaman, walaupun tetap keputusan akhir kredit tetap menjadi kewenangan LPDB-KUMKM.
"Kami sangat menyadari LPDB-KUMKM bukan lembaga pembiayaan bagi KUMKM yang paling baik, tetapi LPDB-KUMKM merupakan lembaga yang cukup fleksibel sebagai badan layanan umum, sehingga dapat memenuhi pembiayaan sesuai kebutuhan koperasi dan UMKM. Di sisi lain, keberhasilan LPDB-KUMKM dalam mengoptimalkan pencapaian kinerja penyalurannya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran aktif pemerintah daerah khususnya dinas koperasi dan UKM," kata Menteri Puspayoga seperti dikutip Agus Muharam.
Direktur Utama LPDB-KUMKM, Kemas Danial mengatakan lembaga yang dipimpinnya adalah wujud konkrit dari program pro rakyat yang dicanangkan pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan koperasi di seluruh Indonesia.
"Kami menyambut baik imbauan menteri karena memang tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi LPDB-KUMKM antara lain tidak memiliki kantor perwakilan di daerah, jumlah SDM yang tidak sebanding dengan luas cakupan layanan," kata Kemas Danial.
Jakarta (B2B) - Indonesian Cooperatives and SMEs Ministry, AAGN Puspayoga AAGN Puspayoga expects the support from government offices across Indonesia in charge of cooperatives and SMEs to support the fund management institutions lending to micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), locally known as LPDB-KUMKM, with mutually supportive roles and responsibilities to achieve the target distribution loans for SMEs.
"For example, offices in the local government selects a cooperative and SMES that will getting a loan or financing, while LPDB-KUMKM decide credit and provide loans, and monitor the return of the funds. Whatever the reason, offices in the local government who know the condition of cooperatives and SMEs in the region," Minister Puspayoga said in his speech commemorating the ninth anniversary of LPDB-KUMKM, which was read by the Secretary of the Minister, Agus Muharram here on Tuesday (25/8).
Cooperatives and SMEs Minister added the references of local office should be taken into consideration to decide lending, although the final decision to approve the loan under the authority of LPDB-KUMKM.
"We are aware LPDB-KUMKM not the best institutions, but LPDB-KUMKM is an institution that is flexible enough as a public service agency, so that it can carry out its obligations to the needs of cooperatives and SMEs. In addition, the success of LPDB-KUMKM in optimizing the performance is highly influenced by the active role of local government, particularly the department of cooperatives and SMEs," Minister Puspayoga said as quoted by Mr Muharram.
President Director of LPDB-KUMKM, Kemas Danial said the institution he leads is the concrete manifestation of a pro-people program in the empowerment of micro, small, and cooperatives across Indonesia.
"We support the minister's call, because the challenge and constraints faced to LPDB-KUMKM do not have representative offices in the regions, the human resources available also not comparable with the area of services," Mr Danial said.
