Jakarta (B2B) - Kasus penembakan yang menewaskan AKBP Pamudji, Kepala Pelayanan Masyarakat Detasemen Markas (Denma) Polda Metro Jaya terus didalami oleh penyidik Polda Metro Jaya.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Riwanto mengatakan, saat ini sudah empat orang dimintai keterangan sebagai saksi. Mereka diduga melihat langsung peristiwa yang terjadi di ruang pelayanan masyarakat, Selasa (18/3) malam.
Menurutnya, sekitar pukul 21.30, korban datang ke ruang piket Yanma dan menegur Brigadir Santoso yang saat itu tidak mengenakan seragam lengkap pada saat piket. Kemudian korban mengambil senjata milik Brigadir Santoso dan memerintahkan yang bersangkutan untuk mencari teman piket lainnya. Saksi yang ada pada saat itu adalah Aiptu DM yang kemudian pamit kepada korban untuk izin pulang.
Namun baru sekitar 30 meter, saksi Aiptu DM berjalan, terdengar dua kali letusan dari arah piket Yanma. Kemudian Aiptu DM melaporkan ke piket provost dan bersama-sama mendatangi TKP. Namun saat itu saksi melihat Brigadir Santoso berlari keluar dari TKP sambil mengatakan korban telah bunuh diri.
"Saksi melihat korban tergeletak dan pistol berada di sisi kanannya. Namun petugas Propam mengamankan Brigadir Santoso dan saat ini yang bersangkutan sedang dalam pemeriksaan," ujar Kombes Rikwanto, saat melayat di rumah korban, Rabu (19/3).
Selain memeriksa saksi Brigadir Santoso, penyidik juga melakukan olah TKP. Kemudian melakukan tes darah dan urine terhadap empat saksi. Masing-masing Brigadir Santoso, Brigadir P, Brigadir MC, Aiptu DM. Rencana berikutnya penyidik akan melakukan tes lie detector terhadap para saksi tersebut. Guna mengetahui lebih dalam penyebab kematian korban.
Rikwanto menambahkan, saat ini ada dua versi atas kematian korban, yakni karena bunuh diri dan atau penembakan. Untuk kepastiannya tentu menunggu hasil penyelidikan dan penyidikan petugas.
Jika ada unsur penembakan tentu akan ada tersangka yang dikenai Pasal 338 KUHP tentang pembunuhan. Bagi pelaku tentu akan diproses hukum sebagaimana warga sipil biasa. Sayangnya di lokasi kejadian tak ada CCTV untuk membantu proses penyelidikan petugas. Saat ini senjata revolver kaliber 38 milik Brigadir Santoso dan tiga butir peluru, seperti dilansir beritajakarta.com.

But only about 30 meters First Police Adjutant DM walked away, he heard gun blasts twice from Yanma picket room. After that Firs Police Adjutant DM reported to provost picket room and came together to the scene of crime while said the victim had commited suicide.

Rikwanto added, there are two versions of the death of the victim, due to commited suicide or shots. For certainty it must wait for the result of investigation and investigation by the officer.
If there is a shooting scene it mus be a suspect that will be sentenced by Criminal Court chapter 338 about murderer. For the suscpect will be law processed as a normal civiliant. Allegedly there are no CCTV at the crime scene to help the process of investigator. This 38 calibered weapon that belong to Police Brigadier Santoso and three bullets until this time.
