AN RAF HELICOPTER delivered the match ball for Leiceser City's game against Watford at the King Power stadium, as the Premier League clubs marked Remembrance Sunday.
The tribute in Leicester forced the Watford team to move during their warm-up to allow the helicopter to land, before members of the armed forces delivered the ball, and both managers laid a poppy wreath on the field before kick-off.
Players wore poppies on their shirts, while a minute's silence was observed at grounds around the country, both in the top flight and the Football League, while there was a strong armed forces presence at several stadiums.
