THE DECAYING ´body´ was wheeled into the security area of Atlanta International Airport recently, dressed in beige clothing. The crusty passenger was passed through the X-ray machine and sent on his way. But the TSA wasn´t being disrespectful to the dead, it was actually a prop from 2003 horror movie Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Airport security officers in America are used to dealing with strange objects, but they were left dead surprised - when a corpse was presented for checking.
Snapping pictures of the prop being scanned by officers, one staff member said that ´he was screened and sent on his way´.
Posting the image on its Instagram account, TSA said: ´Talk about deadheading... This crusty ol´ chap is actually a prop from the #TexasChainsawMassacre movie.
´He was brought through a checkpoint at the Atlanta International Airport, where as you can see, he was screened and sent on his jolly way.´
