Gadis, 17, berada di atap ketika dia terpeleset dan jatuh ke sebuah tulangan baja yang digunakan untuk memperkuat beton, seperti dilansir MailOnline.
Ajaibnya, tiga potong baja yang menembus tubuhnya tidak melukai organ vitalnya karena ketiga besi baja menembus tubuh si remaja wanita.
Layanan darurat tiba di tempat kejadian di Bihar, India barat daya untuk menyelamatkan korban kecelakaan tragis ini.
Selama sepuluh jam petugas medis melakukan operasi penyelamatan untuk melepaskan sang korban dari lokasi konstruksi, sementara gadis yang tidak disebutkan namanya, harus diam untuk mencegah besi baja melukai organ vitalnya.
Setelah dia dibebaskan dari lokasi konstruksi, gadis itu dibawa dengan ambulans ke Rumah Sakit Patilputra Ruban di Patna.
Gadis itu kemudian menjalani operasi lima jam yang panjang untuk melepaskan besi baja yang menusuk tubuhnya.
Dokter mengatakan setelah operasi bedah gadis tersebut dinyatakan selamat dan tengah menjalani perawatan intensif.
Menurut Hindustan Times kelangsungan hidup gadis itu tergantung ajal: Kalau belum waktunya ajal - Anda tidak mati meskipun menderita luka parah seperti gadis tersebut.

The girl, 17, was on the roof when she slipped and fell onto a steel reinforcing bars used to strengthen concrete.
Miraculously, the three pieces of steel missed every major organ as they forced their way through the youngster's body.
Emergency services arrived at the scene in Bihar, north east India and began the delicate task of freeing her.
During the ten-hour rescue operation medics were forced to cut the steel from the building's foundation while supporting the unnamed girl, preventing the bars from moving inside her.
After she was freed from the building, the girl was brought by ambulance to the Ruban Patilputra Hospital in Patna.
The girl then underwent a five-hour long operation to remove the steel.
Doctors said despite her ordeal the girl was recuperating at the hospital.
According the Hindustan Times the girl's survival was down to fate: 'This is what Bhagya - Destiny is all about, if its not your day to die, you wont.'
