Jakarta (B2B) - Kepala Badan Karantina (Barantan) Banun Harpini mewakili Kementerian Pertanian RI menerima anugerah Predikat Kepatuhan terhadap Standar Layanan Publik 2016 untuk kategori kementerian dari Ketua Ombudsman, Amzulian Rifai disaksikan Wakil Presiden M Jusuf Kalla, berdasarkan penilaian terhadap pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Semuanya itu membuktikan bahwa bila kita bekerja serius, tidak sia-sia, akan mendapat penghargaan dari pemerintah dan juga masyarakat, dan penghargaan ini sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas capaian kinerja yang diraih selama ini," kata Wapres Jusuf Kalla pada Rabu (7/12).
Menurutnya, ada tiga hal penting untuk memenuhi standar pelayanan yakni kecepatan, kualitas dan biaya maka kasus korupsi akan berkurang apabila pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) mampu melaksanakannya.
Ombudsman RI (ORI) memberikan penghargaan kepatuhan terhadap standar pelayanan publik pada 11 kementerian, 10 lembaga negara, 13 pemerintah provinsi, 15 pemerintahan kabupaten dan 16 pemerintahan kota.
"Lebih khusus Kementan meraih zona hijau setelah dilakukan penilaian pada 56 unit pelayanan Kementerian Pertanian, diantaranya 54 unit pelayanan Barantan, Pusat Perlindungan Varietas Tanaman dan Perizinan Pertanian atau PPVT, dan Balai Pengujian Mutu Produk Tanaman," kata Kepala Bagian Humas Kementan, Marihot H Panggabean melalui pernyataan tertulis pada Rabu malam.
Dia menambahkan ada 10 variabel penilaian yang menjadi fokus ORI, yaitu standar pelayanan, maklumat layanan, sistem informasi pelayanan publik, sarana dan prasarana fasilitas. Selain itu terdapat pelayanan khusus, pengelolaan pengaduan, penilaian kinerja, visi misi serta motto pelayanan, atribut, dan pelayanan terpadu.
Pada 2016, ORI melakukan penilaian terhadap 11.462 produk layanan publik, 2.232 unit layanan, 2.232 responden penyelenggara, dan 5.486 responden pengguna jasa," kata Marihot yang akrab disapa Monang.

"The award proves that hard work will be appreciated by government and community, and this award as an appreciation for the good performance," said VP Jusuf Kalla on Wednesday (7/12).
According to him, there are three important things to meet standards best services that speed, quality and cost so that corruption will be reduced if the civil servants to work hard.
Ombudsman Indonesia rewards compliance with standards of best public services to 11 ministries, 10 state agencies, 13 provincial government, 15 district governments and 16 municipalities.
"Specifically, the Agriculture Ministry awarded the green zone based on assessments at 56 service units in ministry such as 54 units Quarantine Services Agriculture, Central Plant Variety Protection and Licensing of Agricultural or PPVT and Quality Testing Center of Plant Products," said spokesman the ministry, Marihot H Panggabean through written statement on Wednesday night.
He added that there are 10 variables were assessed by the Ombudsman such as service standards, notice of service, public service information systems, facilities and infrastructure. In addition a special service, complaint management, performance assessment, vision, mission, motto of service, attributes, and integrated services.
In 2016, the Ombudsman assesses 11,462 public service products, 2,232 service units, 2,232 providers, and 5,486 service users as a respondent," Mr Panggabean said.
