Jakarta (B2B) - Pemprov DKI Jakarta memastikan harga daging sapi mulai naik menjelang bulan Ramadhan tahun ini, namun stoknya dipastikan masih aman. Fenomena ini dinilai masih wajar, dan biasa terjadi menjelang puasa dan Lebaran.

“Saat ini kebutuhan daging mencapai 7.299 ton di DKI Jakarta. Angka tersebut terbilang aman dikarenakan persediaan di gudang distributor mencapai 300.000 ton. Bahkan daerah pemasok sanggup menambah 19.297 ton,” kata Darjamuni Kepala Dinas Kelautan dan Pertanian (DKP) DKI Jakarta, Jumat (20/6)

Darjamuni mengatakan, tingginya permintaan daging jelang Ramadhan, akan dibarengi pihaknya dengan melakukan peningkatan dan pengawasan intensif peredaran daging. Hal tersebut dilakukan guna menjamin kualitas dan kelayakan daging untuk dikonsumsi.

“Pengawasan diutamakan pada penggunaan formalin, pencampuran daging babi (celeng) dan ayam bangkai,” katanya.

Darjamuni menuturkan lonjakan harga daging sapi, ayam dan telur di DKI Jakarta dipastikan masih akan mengalami kenaikan. Namun pihaknya mengaku kenaikan masih dalam tahap wajar.

“Daging sapi naik dari Rp 95 ribu menjadi Rp 110 ribu, daging ayam dari Rp 40 ribu menjadi Rp 45 ribu per ekor dan telur dari Rp 20 ribu menjadi Rp 25 ribu per kilo,” sebutnya.


Jakarta (B2B) - Jakarta Provincial Government stated that although beef price began to rise ahead of the fasting month, its stock is reportedly still safe. This condition is a common thing happened prior to Islamic holy month or Ramadan is considered still reasonable.

“Beef needs in Jakarta now is 7,299 tons. This amount is fairly safe due to beef stock in distributor’s warehouse reaches 300,000 tons . The suppliers in regions even able to add 19,297 tons,” said Head of Jakarta Marine and Agriculture Department, Darjamuni, Friday (8/20).

Due to high demand of beef prior to Ramadan, Darjamuni told that his department will carry out intensive supervision over meat distribution. It aims to ensure the quality and feasibility of meat fits for consumption.

“The supervision is focused on use of formalin as well as mix of pork and chicken carcasses,” he stated.

Regarding hike on the price of beef, chicken, and egg, Darjamuni confirmed that it will continue to happen in Jakarta. But, the price is considered still reasonable.

“Beef price increases from Rp 95,000 to Rp 110,000, chicken meat from Rp 40,000 to Rp 45,000, and egg from Rp 20,000 to Rp 25,000 per kilogram,” he uttered.
