DAVID Beckham kembali ke Manchester United pada akhir pekan dan tampak bahagia telah bertemu dengan seorang teman lama pada masa jayanya bersama klub.

Dia mengunggah foto dirinya memeluk seorang wanita bernama Cathy, yang bekerja sebagai resepsionis di tempat latihan Carrington.

Beckham memberi tulisan singkat pada foto: 'Wanita baik hati ini melihat setelah saya di Manchester United dan selalu menyenangkan bertemu dengan dia."

'Cathy bekerja di Manchester United selama hampir 49 tahun, prestasi yang benar-benar luar biasa dan seorang wanita yang sangat istimewa."

Beckham berada di Old Trafford untuk menyaksikan mantan klub Manchester United menghadapi rival utama Liverpool di Liga Premier, Minggu, dan dia datang didampingi oleh putra keduanya, Romeo.

DAVID Beckham returned to Manchester United at the weekend and seemed delighted to have met an old friend from his days at the club.

He posted a picture of himself hugging a lady named Cathy, who works as a receptionist at United's Carrington training ground.

Beckham captioned the picture: 'This wonderful lady used to look after me at Manchester United and it's always so amazing seeing her.

'Cathy has worked at Manchester United for almost 49 years, a truly remarkable achievement and a very special lady.'

Beckham was at Old Trafford to watch former club Manchester United take on arch rivals Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday, and was accompanied by his second child Romeo.

He had earlier posted a father-son picture to Instagram of them outside the stadium, captioned 'Fun day back home... the little man grinned from ear to ear.'

Romeo, 14, seemed to enjoy the game, despite dropping out of Arsenal's football academy last year to pursue interests in modelling and tennis.
