Jakarta (B2B) - PT BNI Tbk telah menyaring tiga calon investor dari sepuluh calon investor asing yang berminat membeli saham anak usahanya, PT BNI Life Insurance.
Direktur Utama BNI, Gatot Suwondo mengatakan pihaknya akan menjual hingga 40% saham BNI Life karena ingin tetap menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas.
Dari ketiga calon investor yang masuk dalam shortlist investor BNI Life, kata Gatot Suwondo, akan diproses menuju penawaran final.
"Insya Allah akhir tahun iniclose, sudah sedikit lagi," kata Gatot tanpa merinci nama ketiga calon investor tersebut.
Jakarta (B2B) - PT BNI Bank has shortlisted three from 10 potential foreign investors that are attracted to acquire shares in its subsidiary, PT BNI Life Insurance.
President Director of BNI, Gatot Suwondo BNI wants to sell 40 percent shares in BNI Life, as the company still wants to become the majority shareholder of BNI Life Insurance.
“We can reach a financial close by the end of this year,” he said without providing the names of the three potential investors.
