Penajam Paser Utara, Kaltim [B2B] - Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mengatakan bahwa lapangan di Kawasan Ibu Kota Nusantara, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur, akan selesai sekitar pertengahan bulan Juli, pada Rabu (5/6).
"Untuk persiapan tujuh belasan sudah hampir final, enggak ada masalah di lapangan. Tadi kita cek satu per satu dari lokasi venue, kemudian tata urut upacara, semuanya sudah enggak ada masalah. Nanti pembangunan kira-kira pertengahan Juli yang di sini sudah siap dan akan mulai untuk persiapan 17 Agustus," ujar Jokowi.
Jokowi optimis kantor Presiden akan selesai pada bulan Juli, sambil menunggu pengerjaan pompa air dari Bendungan Sepaku Semoi.
"Sangat optimis untuk kantornya, ini masih nunggu satu, air. Kemarin sudah kita resmikan Bendungan Sepaku, tinggal ini nunggu pompa. Pompa untuk menaikan air, kemudian dialirkan ke bangunan, ke rumah-rumah yang ada di Ibu Kota Nusantara," pungkasnya.

"Very optimistic for the office, we are still waiting for one thing, water. Yesterday we inaugurated the Sepaku Dam, all we have to do is wait for the pump. The pump will raise the water, then it will flow to buildings, to houses in the capital city of the archipelago," he concluded.
