Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah menetapkan cuti bersama bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) untuk Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1434H/2013 pada 5-7 Agustus, sehingga pada Senin (12/8) sudah kembali bekerja.
Ketentuan cuti bersama tersebut, tercantum pada Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Menteri Agama, Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, dan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 5 Tahun 2012.
SKB tersebut mengatur tentang Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama tahun 2013. Berdasarkan SKB yang dikutip dari laman Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara itu, hari libur Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1434 pada Kamis dan Jumat (8 dan 9 Agustus 2013).
Sementara itu Kementerian Sekretariat Negara dan Sekretariat Kabinet RI di laman setgab.go.id, Jumat, juga mengingatkan bahwa Senin, tanggal 12 Agustus 2013, adalah hari masuk kerja seperti biasa.
Jakarta (B2B) - The government sets the Eid holidays for Civil Servants (PNS) for Eid 1434H/2013 on August 5 to 7, so on Monday (12/8) is back to work.
The Eid holiday provision, are listed in the Joint Decree (SKB) Minister of Religion, Minister of Manpower and Transmigration, and the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 5 of 2012.
The decree regulates national holidays and holidays together in 2013. Based on the decree quoted from page Ministry of Administrative Reform, the holiday of Eid 1 Syawal 1434 on Thursdays and Fridays (8 and August 9, 2013).
Meanwhile, the Ministry of the State Secretariat and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of RI through website setgab.go.id on Friday, also warned that the Monday, August 12, 2013, is working weekdays.
