Penajam Paser Utara, Kaltim [B2B] - Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) meninjau salah satu tower hunian bagi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang dirancang secara modern dan digital, sebagai bagian dari upaya mewujudkan konsep smart city di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
Dalam peninjauan tersebut, Vice President Wholesale Solution Bank BNI Pusat, Muin Fikri, menjelaskan bahwa Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) bekerja sama dengan Bank Negara Indonesia telah mengembangkan sebuah platform digital untuk mengelola tower hunian ASN.
Menurutnya, platform ini mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek smart building, smart home, smart tenant, dan smart payment.
Proses on-boarding ASN dilakukan secara digital. Setiap ASN yang akan menghuni tower ini akan menerima email yang berisi QR code untuk verifikasi identitas saat tiba di lokasi. Data mereka akan diverifikasi melalui NIK dari Dukcapil, memastikan bahwa seluruh penghuni teregistrasi dengan baik,” ujar Muin Fikri.
Selain itu, penghuni tower akan dilengkapi dengan aplikasi yang menawarkan berbagai fitur kemudahan, seperti smart ordering system untuk memesan layanan seperti penatu langsung dari tempat tinggal mereka. Pembayaran untuk semua layanan dilakukan melalui Wondr by BNI. Aplikasi ini juga memungkinkan penghuni untuk melaporkan kebutuhan perbaikan dan menangani keluhan secara digital.
“Pada saat serah terima hunian, seluruh proses dilakukan secara digital. Setiap kamar dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang dapat dicek melalui aplikasi, dan kesepakatan akhir akan ditandatangani secara digital,” tambah Muin Fikri.
Untuk pengelola tower, sebuah dashboard telah disiapkan untuk memonitor hunian, memeriksa kamar yang kosong atau terisi, serta mengetahui posisi penghuni di dalam kompleks.
Semua ini bertujuan untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kenyamanan penghuni dalam lingkungan yang modern dan terintegrasi.
Peninjauan ini menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah dalam menciptakan hunian ASN yang tidak hanya nyaman tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan teknologi canggih untuk mendukung gaya hidup modern di Ibu Kota Nusantara. Dengan sistem digital yang diterapkan, diharapkan proses pengelolaan dan pelayanan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien, sejalan dengan visi IKN sebagai smart city.

The ASN on-boarding process is carried out digitally. Every ASN who will occupy this tower will receive an email containing a QR code to verify their identity when they arrive at the location. Their data will be verified through the NIK from Dukcapil, ensuring that all residents are properly registered," said Muin Fikri.
In addition, tower residents will be equipped with an application that offers various convenience features, such as a smart ordering system to order services such as laundry directly from their residence. Payment for all services is made through Wondr by BNI. This application also allows residents to report repair needs and handle complaints digitally.
"At the time of the handover of the residence, the entire process is carried out digitally. Each room is equipped with facilities that can be checked through the application, and the final agreement will be signed digitally," added Muin Fikri.
For tower managers, a dashboard has been prepared to monitor occupancy, check empty or occupied rooms, and find out the position of residents in the complex.
All of this aims to ensure the efficiency and comfort of residents in a modern and integrated environment.
