Jakarta (B2B) - Menteri Koperasi dan UKM AAGN Puspayoga menyatakan akan segera menyurati Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Eko Putro Sandjojo lantaran peraturan menteri belum menyebutkan koperasi sebagai penggerak ekonomi rakyat melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).
"Regulasi ini harus jelas untuk koperasi, sehingga sinergi BUMDes dengan koperasi bisa terjalin baik untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat," kata Menteri Puspayoga di Jakarta belum lama ini.
Menyikapi hal itu, Menkop berjanji akan segera menyurati Mendes Eko Putro untuk berkomunikasi secara formal, dengan harapan agar BUMDes memiliki badan hukum sesuai dengan filosofi ekonomi kerakyatan: gotong-royong dan kekeluargaan.
"Filosofi itu tercermin pada koperasi, yang juga sesuai dengan UUD 1945," kata Puspayoga.
Dia akan mendorong supaya koperasi dan BUMDes melakukan sinergi untuk pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan sehingga usaha milik rakyat semakin kuat. Secara teknis di lapangan, misalnya saham dari perusahaan induk yang akan dibentuk berasal dari saham koperasi atau dana desa yang dianggarkan sebesar Rp1 miliar dari APBN.
"Koperasi itu kita akan jadikan holding, sahamnya koperasi dan sahamnya milik desa itu sendiri. Jadi, koperasi bisa kuat dengan membuat holding koperasi itu,” kata Puspayoga saat menjadi keynote speaker pada seminar bertema 'Sinergi Koperasi dan BUMDes pada Kamis (10/11).
Jakarta (B2B) - Indonesian Cooperatives Minister, AAGN Puspayoga said he will write the letter to Minister for Rural Development and Transmigration Eko Putro Sandjojo because ministerial regulation have not yet mentioned the cooperative as an economic driver of the people through village-owned enterprises (BUMDes).
"The ministerial regulation must be clear about the cooperatives role, so that synergies can be established BUMDes with the cooperative for the welfare of society," Minister Puspayoga said here recently.
Minister Puspayoga promised to immediately write the letter to Minister Sandjojo for a formal communication, with the expectation that the BUMDes have a legal entity in accordance with the philosophy of community economy: mutual assistance and kinship.
"That philosophy is reflected in cooperative as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution," he said.
He will encourage the cooperative and BUMDes synergy for the development of the rural economy for the development of social economy. Technically, the stock of the company is derived from stock cooperative or village funds were budgeted at 1 billions rupiah from the state budget.
"Cooperation will be developed into a holding company of shares and shares owned by the village cooperative. Cooperatives can be strong by making the holding of cooperatives," Puspayoga said as a as a keynote speaker at the seminar about the cooperatives and the BUMDes.
