Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah RI mengakui bahwa lebih 50% proyek yang akan dijalankan pada tahun 2016 belum siap secara teknis.
Ada proyek yang harus sudah dimulai tahun 2016 tapi teknisnya belum ada," kata Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional, Andrinof Chaniago usai bertemu dengan Wapres Jusuf Kalla di Jakarta pada Rabu (15/7).
Dia menambahkan, proyek yang belum siap meliputi beberapa sektor seperti irigasi, kelistrikan hingga infrastruktur.
Walaupun begitu, Andrinof mengatakan bahwa kekurangan tersebut bisa diantisipasi, apalagi Kalla juga memberikan arahan khusus. Wapres, kata Andrinof, meminta agar tahun anggaran disesuaikan dengan tahun perencanaan.
"Misalnya proyek tahun anggaran 2017, maka perencanaannya harus siap di tahun 2016. Jadi persiapannya harus diselesaikan dulu," kata Andrinof. Dengan cara itu, dia yakin proses perencanaan infrastruktur bisa dilakukan lebih cepat.
Wapres Jusuf Kalla, kata Andrinof, juga meminta agar pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur melibatkan SDM lokal.
Jakarta (B2B) - The Indonesian Development Planning Minister Andrinof Chaniago admitted that more than 50 percent of government projects scheduled to begin in 2016 have not been prepared properly.
"There are projects that should have started in 2016, but its technical [aspects] are not yet ready," Mr Chaniago said after a meeting with Vice President Jusuf Kalla at the VP office here on Wednesday (7/15).
He added, the projects originated from several sectors including irrigation, electricity, and infrastructures.
Mr Chaniago said that the issue can be resolved by adjusting the fiscal year to be in accordance with the project’s planning year.
"For the 2017 fiscal year project for example, the planning should be completed in 2016. So the preparation should be completed first," he said.
According to him, VP Mr Kalla has instructed that the development of infrastructure projects must involve local residents.
