Jakarta (B2B) - Polda Metro Jaya mengumumkan, ada tujuh orang menjadi korban terluka akibat aksi demonstrasi di Bundaran Patung Kuda saat hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) membacakan putusan Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Umum (PHPU) yang diajukan calon presiden-wakil presiden Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa.
"Tujuh orang terluka saat aksi demo di Bundaran Patung Kuda sudah dibawa ke rumah sakit," kata Kepala Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Kepolisian Daerah Metropolitan Jakarta Raya (Polda Metro Jaya) Komisaris Besar Polisi Musyafak di Jakarta Kamis.
Ketujuh korban luka itu adalah anggota Forum Komunikasi Putra-Putri Purnawirawan TNI/POLRI Indonesia (FKPPI) Aziz S. Ahmadi dan Rihut, anggota Forkabi Gandari Ahmad Bari, anggota Pemuda Panca Marga (PPM) Asril Tandirerung, anggota PAC Gerindra Pasar Minggu M. Duha, masyarakat sipil Rosely MS, serta aparat Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat Brigadir Giyanto.
Musyafak menyebutkan, empat orang korban mengalami luka memar karena terjatuh dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Tarakan, Jakarta Pusat.
Pihak korban kemudian meminta rujukan untuk dirawat ke Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Jakarta Pusat.
Musyafak menuturkan, para korban mayoritas terluka akibat terjatuh dan terbentur saat petugas menyemprotkan air menggunakan kendaraan penyemprot air (watercannon).
"Tidak ada korban terluka akibat pukulan atau tembakan petugas," ujarnya.

Ada tiga korban, menurut dia, sudah diizinkan pulang ke rumah karena mengalami luka ringan atau terkena tembakan gas air mata yang dilepas petugas.
Seorang korban lainnya, yakni anggota Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat Brigadir Polisi Giyanto terluka pada bagian punggung akibat terkena kawat duri penghalang (barrier).
Ia mengaku belum mendengar informasi belasan orang korban aksi demo yang menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit Budi Kemuliaan, Jakarta Pusat.
"Kita akan cek di seluruh rumah sakit untuk mencari korban lainnya," ujar Musyafak menambahkan.

"Seventh people who were injured during a demonstration at the Horse Statue have been taken to the hospital," Head of Medicine and Health, Jakarta Police Senior Commissioner, Musyafak, said here.
The seventh injured, was a member of the Communication Forum Retired Military/Police Indonesia (FKPPI), Aziz S, Ahmadi Rihut.
Among the other injured was a member of the Gandhari, Forkabi Ahmad Bari, one of Pemuda Panca Marga, Asril Tandirerung, a member of Gerindra Party, M Duha, a civil society member, Rosely MS, and a police officer, Brigadier Giyanto.
Four victims suffered bruises after they fell in the melee and they are being treated in Tarakan Hospital, Central, Jakarta, Musyafak said.
One of the victims asked for a referral to the Central Hospital of the Army, Central Jakarta.
The majority of the victims were injured when they fell during the stampede after officers sprayed them with water from a water cannon, Musyafak remarked.
"There were no injuries from a blow or from shots (rubber bullets) fired by officers," he emphasized.
Three other victims were allowed to go home because they had suffered just minor injuries or were temporarily affected by the tear gas, Musyafak pointed out.
Another victim was a member of the Central Jakarta Police, Brigadier Giyanto, who was wounded in the back after he was hit by a barrier.
He had not heard anything about dozens of victims undergoing treatment at Budi Kemuliaan hospital in Central Jakarta, Musyafak claimed.
"We will check all hospitals to look for other victims," he added.
