KENDATI senam hamil bermanfaat untuk melancarkan persalinan, namun artis Donna Agnesia belum tertarik untuk mengikutinya. Alasannya, olahraga yang bisa melenturkan otot dan mengurangi ketegangan itu belum dirasakan manfaatnya.

“Waktu itu aku memang tidak ikut senam hamil. Soalnya kan aku bakal menjalani operasi caesar saat kelahiran itu. Sedangkan senam hamil itu biasanya diikuti untuk mereka yang ingin melahirkan secara normal. Makanya aku tidak ikutan,” kata Donna Agnesia.
 
Walau tak ikut kelas khusus senam hamil, tak berarti Donna mengabaikan  dalam menjaga kesehatan diri dan janinnya. Saat hamil anak ketiga, Donna lebih memilih untuk menjaga nutrisi yang dikonsumsinya dan melakukan olahraga ringan.

“Aku punya terapi sendiri. Biasanya aku jalan kaki keliling kompleks dan menjaga nutrisi lewat asupan sayur dan buah dengan cukup,” terangnya.
 
Diakui istri Darius Sinatriya ini, sejak awal kehamilan  rutin angkat barbel untuk melatih ototnya.

ALTHOUGH pregnancy exercises are beneficial towards a smooth delivery, however celebrity Donna Agnesia is not interested to undertake it. This is because the benefits of the exercises that can flex the muscles and reduce tension had not been felt.

"Back then I indeed carried out pregnancy exercises. You see, I was going to give birth through caesarean section. Pregnancy exercises are usually carried out by those who want to have a normal delivery. For this reason I did not do it," said Donna.
 
Although she did not specifically enroll in pregnancy exercise classes, it does not mean that Donna was neglectful in maintaining her health and that of her fetus. When she was pregnant with her third child, Donna preferred to watch the nutrients consumed and undertake light exercises.

"I have my own therapy. Usually I walk around the complex and maintain nutrients through the intake of sufficient vegetables and fruit," she explained.
 
The wife of Darius Sinatriya acknowledged that since the beginning of pregnancy she routinely lifted weights to train her muscles.
