Jakarta (B2B) - Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) dan Jaringan Pemantau Pemilih untuk Rakyat (JPPR) melansir 36 calon anggota legislatif (caleg) DPR RI yang diragukan komitmennya dalam pemberantasan korupsi.
Partai Demokrat (10 orang)
1. Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono (Ibas)
LPSK menilai laporan dugaan pencemaran nama baik putra kedua Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) terhadap Yulianis menghambat pemberantasan korupsi.
2. Mirwan Amir
Saksi Mindo Rosalina Manulang dalam sidang menyebut perannya sebagai ´Ketua Besar´ yang menerima uang dari proyek Wisma Atlet.
3. Johnny Allen Marbun
Disebut oleh tersangka kasus korupsi Pembangunan Dermaga dan Bandara Indonesia Timur, Abdul Hadi Jamal, menerima uang Rp1 miliar dalam proyek tersebut.
4. Achsanul Qosasi
Melakukan pelanggaran etika ringan dalam kasus permintaan barang atau upeti kepada perusahaan BUMN.
5. Ignatius Mulyono
Membantu pengurusan sertifikat Hambalang atas permintaan mantan Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat, Anas Urbaningrum.
6. Muhammad Nasir
Audit BPK menyebut nama Muhammad Nasir termaktub dalam akta kepemilikan PT Anugerah Nusantara.
7. Sutan Bhatoegana
Disebut oleh jaksa menerima uang dalam kasus Solar Home System (SHS) dan hal tersebut juga diakui oleh Terdakwa Kosasih Abas.

Pernah menyampaikan wacana pembubaran Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).

Disebut dalam surat dakwaan untuk terdakwa mantan Sekretaris Jenderal Departemen Kesehatan, Sjafii Ahmad di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (29/11/2010) menerima uang dari proyek pengadaan alat kesehatan (Alkes) di Kementerian Kesehatan sebesar Rp45 Juta.

Disebut oleh saksi Mindo Rosalina Manulang dalam persidangan (16/1/1012) sebagai "Pak Ketua" yang menerima sejumlah uang dari pembahasan Wisma Atlet.

Disebut oleh saksi AKBP Thedy Rusmawan dalam persidangan kasus Simulator SIM (28/5/2013) menerima uang untuk memperlancar proyek tersebut.

Disebut oleh saksi AKBP Thedy Rusmawan dalam persidangan kasus Simulator SIM (28/5/2013) menerima uang untuk memperlancar proyek tersebut.

Melakukan pelanggaran etika (sedang) dalam kasus permintaan barang atau upeti kepada BUMN.

Mendukung upaya revisi UU KPK yang berpotensi melemahkan kewenangan lembaga tersebut.

Disebut dalam surat dakwaan untuk terdakwa bekas Sekretaris Jenderal Departemen Kesehatan Sjafii Ahmad di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada 29/11/2010 menerima uang dari proyek pengadaan alat kesehatan (Alkes) di Kementerian Kesehatan sebesar Rp90 juta.

Disebut oleh Yulianis dalam persidangan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (4/10/2012) turut serta dalam menggiring sejumlah proyek bersama Group Permai.
4. Olly Dondokambey
Disebut oleh Yulianis dalam persidangan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (4/10/2012) turut serta dalam menggiring sejumlah proyek bersama Group Permai.
5. Ribka Tjiptaning
Dijatuhi sanksi oleh Badan Kehormatan DPR berupa larangan memimpin rapat Panitia Khusus atau Panitia Kerja di DPR terkait kasus ´ayat tembakau´ yang hilang dalam UU Kesehatan.
