Jakarta (B2B) - Terhitung mulai 16 April 2015, Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta telah menginstruksikan seluruh minimarket di ibu kota agar tidak lagi menjual minuman beralkohol di bawah 5%.
Larangan tersebut untuk menindaklanjuti Surat Keputusan (SK) Kementerian Perdagangan yang melarang penjualan minuman keras.
"Kami sudah mensosialisasikan SK-nya. Rata-rata mereka (pemilik minimarket) setuju dengan menghentikan pengiriman bir. Sekarang mereka hanya menghabiskan stok sisa yang masih ada," kata Kepala Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan (KUMKMP) DKI, Joko Kundaryo di Jakarta, belum lama ini.
Dia menambahkan, di dalam SK itu disebutkan bagi minimarket yang masih menjual minuman beralkohol jenis bir per-16 April 2015, akan dikenakan sanksi tegas berupa penyitaan hingga pencabutan izin usaha. Sanksi dijatuhkan setelah tiga kali pemilik minimarket diberi surat peringatan.
"Kalau masih ditemukan setelah SK berlaku, kita berikan peringatan dulu. Kalau sampai tiga kali, kita akan koordinasi dengan pihak pemberi izin, baik walikota atau Dinas Pariwisata," tuturnya.
Sebelumnya, Menteri Perdagangan, Rachmat Gobel melarang, penjualan minuman beralkohol golongan A di minimarket. Minuman beralkohol golongan A merupakan minuman dengan kadar alkohol kurang dari lima persen di antaranya bir, bir hitam dan minuman ringan beralkohol.
Jakarta (B2B) - Jakarta Provincial Government starting on April 16, the whole minimarts in the capital are prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages below five percent. The ban is a follow-up of Trade Ministry´s Decree.
"We have socialized the Trade Ministry´s Decree on alcohol ban. Most minimart owners agreed to stop the shipment of alcohol. Right now, they just spend the existing stock," said Head of Jakarta Micro, Small and Medium Cooperatives Department (KUMKMP), Joko Kundaryo here on recently.
Kundaryo explained the decree mentions that each minimart which still sells alcohol type beer dated on April 16, 2015, will be sanctioned, ranging from confiscation until business license revocation. Sanction would be given after the warning letter was sent three times.
"If they (minimart) still sell alcohol, we will give sanction first. But if it happens three times, we will coordinate with the licensor side, either mayor or Tourism Department," he stressed.
Previously, the minimart was prohibited to sell the alcohol type A by Trade Minister, Rachmat Gobel prohibited. The liqour type A is a drink with alcohol content less than five percent, such as beer, dark beer and alcohol soft drinks.
