Jakarta (B2B) - Manajemen Batavia Air terpaksa memberhentikan seluruh karyawannya secara hormat, setelah divonis pailit oleh Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat. Selanjutnya terkait hak dan kewajiban karyawan akan ditangani oleh tim Human Resources Development (HRD) kepada kurator sesuai ketentuan Pasal 15 UU Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 13 Tahun 2003.

"Seluruh karyawan Batavia Air efektif mulai 31 Januari 2013 dengan sangat terpaksa diberhentikan secara hormat, kecuali mereka yang ditunjuk sebagai tim pemberesan," ujar Humas Batavia Air, Elly Simanjuntak, Rabu (30/1).

Elly melanjutkan, segala macam bentuk dan kewajiban karyawan yang diberhentikan akan diurus oleh tim HRD kepada kurator, sesuai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No.13 Tahun 2003 pasal 165.

Sementara, pihak Batavia Air telah memasang pengumuman di kaca kantor Batavia Air Terminal 1C, yang mengimbau untuk mengetahui informasi, tiket dan pelayanan informasi lebih lanjut agar ke alamat PT Metro Batavia di Jalan Angkasa Raya, Komplek Indoruko, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.


Jakarta (B2B) - Management Batavia Air was forced to lay off all employees honorably, having adjudged bankrupt by the Commercial Court of Central Jakarta. Furthermore relevant rights and obligations of employees will dealt with by a team of Human Resources Development (HRD) to the curator in accordance with Article 165 of the Labor Law No. 13 of 2003.

"All employees Batavia Air effective from January 31, 2013 with a very obliged honorably discharged, unless they are assigned as the team's settlement," said PR Batavia Air, Elly Simanjuntak, Wednesday (30/1).

Elly added, all shapes and obligations of employees were laid off will be arranged by the HR team of curator, according to the Manpower Act No.13 of 2003 Article 165.

Meanwhile, the Batavia Air has put a notice in the office of Batavia Air Terminal 1C, calling on for the information, tickets and more information services to PT Metro Batavia Space at Jalan Angkasa Raya, Complex Indoruko, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
