Jakarta (B2B) - Menindaklanjuti hasil rapat koordinasi (Rakor) pengendalian harga pangan di Jakarta pekan lalu, Menteri Pertanian RI Andi Amran Sulaiman meluncurkan Toko Tani Indonesia Center di Jl Raya Ragunan 7 Jakarta Selatan, dan  dilaksanakan serentak di berbagai kota oleh Toko Tani Indonesia (TTI) untuk mendukung penyediaan bahan  pangan pokok yang terjangkau konsumen selama Ramadan hingga Idul Fitri 1437 H.

"Pemerintah berupaya memotong rantai pasok yang panjang, dari sembilan titik menjadi tiga titik, seperti produsen minyak goreng langsung memasarkan ke Toko Tani kemudian ke pasar atau langsung kepada konsumen," kata Mentan Amran Sulaiman kepada pers usai peresmian TTI Center di Jakarta pada Rabu (15/6).

TTI yang digelar oleh Kementerian Pertanian RI (Kementan) melibatkan tiga kementerian lain yakni perindustrian, koperasi dan UKM, dan BUMN serta didukung oleh industri pangan utama seperti Charoen Pokphand, Japfa Comfeed, dan Fajar Mulia Transindo. Didukung pula oleh Induk Koperasi Polri (Inkopol) dan Induk Koperasi TNI AD (Inkopad), dan beberapa asosiasi produsen pangan pokok.

"Untuk tahap awal, TTI ditargetkan akan membuka pasar murah rutin setiap hari hingga akhir 2016, dan rencananya akan dibuat permanen jika penjualan langsung ke konsumen dapat berjalan dengan baik, dengan harga terjangkau konsumen dan tetap menguntungkan petani maupun pedagang," kata Amran Sulaiman.

Bahan pangan pokok yang tersedia di TTI Center dan dijual per kg antara lain daging sapi Rp75.000, ayam potong Rp30.000, gula pasir Rp12.000, bawang merah Rp23.000, bawang putih Rp22.000, cabai merah Rp16.000 dan minyak goreng Rp9.500 per liter.

Pasokan pangan yang tersedia antara lain daging sapi beku delapan ton, daging sapi segar 1,5 ton, 120 ekor sapi dari peternak binaan Artha Graha Peduli yang akan dipotong di rumah potong hewan (RPH) dan akan dipasarkan oleh TTI.

Sementara bawang putih tersedia 250 kg, bawang merah tujuh ton yang dipasok dari sentra produksi di Garut (Jawa Barat), Nganjuk (Jawa Timur) dan Bima (Nusa Tenggara Barat), dua ton gula pasir, tiga ton beras, dua ton daging ayam, minyak goreng 1.000 liter.


Jakarta (B2B) - Following the results of coordination meeting of control food prices in Indonesia´s capital last week, Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman launched the Indonesia´s Kiosk Food Center (TTI) on Ragunan Street of South Jakarta, and the TTI will be held simultaneously across Indonesia support the availability of basic commodities at affordable prices for consumers during Islamic holy month of Ramadhan until the Eid al-Fitr.

"The government is trying cut off the food supply chain from nine points to three points, such as cooking oil producers to market directly to the TTI and then to the market or directly to consumers," Minister Sulaiman told the press after the launch of TTI Center here on Wednesday (6/15).

The TTI was held by the Agriculture Ministry involves three ministries namely industry, cooperatives and SMEs, and SOEs and supported by major food industry such as Charoen Pokphand, Japfa Comfeed, and Fajar Mulia Transindo. Also supported by the Police Cooperative Center (Inkopol), Army Cooperative Center (Inkopad), and several staple foods producers association.

"For the first phase, the TTI targeted will be held until the end of 2016, and will be made permanent if the direct sales to consumers can run well, at affordable prices the consumer, and remain profitable farmers and traders," Mr Sulaiman said.

Basic foodstuffs are available at the TTI Center and sold per kilogram: beef 75,000 rupiah, broilers 30,000 rupiah, granulated sugar 12,000 rupiah, shallots 23,000 rupiah, garlic 22,000 rupiah, red chili 16,000 rupiah and cooking oil 9,500 rupiah per liter.

Food supply include eight tonnes of frozen beef, fresh beef 1.5 tons, 120 head of cattle from breeders who fostered by Artha Graha Peduli to be handled by the abattoir before marketed through the TTI.

While garlic provided 250 kg, shallots seven tons of production centers in Garut (West Java), Nganjuk (East Java) and Bima (Nusa Tenggara Barat), two tons of granulated sugar, three tons of rice, two tons of chicken meat, and 1,000 liters of cooking oil.
